What Is The Best Free Traffic System ?

I'm often asked why I believe that ExitExplosion.com is the best
free traffic generation system available on the Internet.

Well, to be perfectly honest, I actually don't think that!

So, stop asking! :)

There are quite a few ways to generate free traffic on the 'net,
and I'd hesitate to call any of them the "best," since they all
have their own pro's and con's.

But, I have been caught arguing that ExitExplosion.com is simply
the best choice in a lot of situations.

See, if you already have a website, and you want to drive *more*
traffic to it, then this just could be the site for you.

They explain it much better on their site than I could here,
but I'll give you a quick rundown of how it works...

1. First, you install some simple little code on your
website, which detects when people are LEAVING your
site, and shows them an ad for someone else's site.

It does't affect your site at all, because it is
only shown to people who are leaving.

2. Then, you earn "credits" when this happens, and your
"credits" are spent showing your ad to other people
who are leaving other people's websites!

3. They have figured out a way to mathematically multiply
your credits exponentially. You're going to have to
read the site for the details on this, since I just
don't feel like re-iterating it here.

The crazy thing about ExitExplosion.com is that the more I think
about it, the more I realize that there is no reason NOT to use
it.

All it does is take the traffic that was already leaving your
site, and put it to some good use (namely, getting you MORE
traffic, which then gets your MORE credits, etc, etc.).

But, enough of me talking. Just try it for yourself, and then

They know what they are doing and can provide the need that you have for your newsletters, the money that you pay for your articles are going to be met by the many sign-ups and the potential profit from the sales that you will get.

Create and send an E-book to your customers about anything that is related to your business or site. Americans Leery of Economy,
Personal Finances in 2005

Financial Survey Finds Dramatic Reversal in Expectations from Prior Year. “Many (Americans) are feeling financially squeezed and uncertain about the future."-- Mark Simenstad, Thrivent Financial's Economic Strategist.

Americans' expectations for the U.S. economy in 2005, as well as for their personal financial well-being, are down sharply from a year ago, according to a Thrivent Financial national survey (see footnote below). More Americans expect the U.S. economy in 2005 to grow worse rather than better (37 percent versus 33 percent), a dramatic reversal from a year earlier when twice as many believed the 2004 economy would grow better rather than worse (47 percent versus 23 percent).

This overall pessimism is also found in Americans' attitudes about their own family income and financial situation. Taking into account their income, savings and investments against financial obligations, some 44 percent say their families will not be financially better off in 2005 than in 2004 (up from 38 percent a year earlier). Those expecting a better family economic situation dropped from 57 percent to 47 percent. This is the lowest level ever recorded since 1997 in Thrivent Financial surveys.

In addition, the number of people expecting their income to decrease in the coming year doubled from a year earlier. Twenty percent expect their total family income to decrease (up from 10 percent a year ago), while only 38 percent expect it to increase (down sharply from the 51 percent recorded last year). Again, this is the lowest level ever recorded in Thrivent Financial surveys.

Those most apt to feel their 2005 financial well-being will diminish include:
Those separated, divorced or widowed (56 percent),
Those who never attend religious services (53 percent),
Pre-retirees age 50-64 (49 percent),
Those with income of less than $35,000 (49 percent),
Women (47 percent) and
Northeasterners (47 percent).

That is the bad news, but here is the good news! Planning can help reverse this pessimism. "While many factors influence our economic futures, we know that those who plan and set financial goals are usually more confident," says Simenstad. "Careful planning can help all Americans make the most of their finances and protect themselves against changing financial circumstances."

America's Debt Addiction

I just read a depressing article in the January 10th edition of Fortune magazine. Written by Geoffrey Colvin, it's all about our addiction to debt. Colvin characterizes 'getting out of debt' as "America's most popular and least realistic New Year's resolutions".

Depressing huh?

A few years ago I get very depressed about debt too. It prayed on my mind and ate away at my soul until I got the resolve to do something about it.

I'm here to tell you, Colvin's WRONG.

Completely wrong.

The average person can get out of debt and move into building wealth, even with the money they already earn.

All it takes a little discipline and some persistence, but it's VERY doable.

I know because I've done it and continue to do it.

I'm just paying off the mortgage on a $500,000 second home I own in the United Kingdom. We paid off the loan on my wife's car over 12 months early.

And we did this with no increase in our income. In fact we did it despite the fact I got temporarily laid off work last Summer.

Wow! How time flies!

It's almost 2 years since my first trial blog and It's taken me this long to decide to make this a 'real' blog and make entries on a regular basis.

Since the last post my online business has grown and I've learnt a great deal - mainly by trial and error, but sometimes by learning from others, about how to make money online.

When I started my business I was employed full time earning a 6-figure income. But despite this I was unsatisfied at work. For several years I tried to earn extra money, part time via 'home based businesses' and basically for the first few years had an expensive lesson in what doesn't work.

Along the way I've discovered what DOES work. And now, despite being made redundant in August of 2004, I'm still alive, still making money online and even earning more each month. My new year's resolution for 2005 is to share all my learning here in the hope that you'll be able to build your own profitable business.

My answer is an unequivocal YES! As long as you follow some basic rules...Darwin is credited with discovering the idea of "the survival of the fittest". I'd say in commerce, especially in e-commerce, it's a case of SURVIVAL OF THE FITTING-EST.

By that I mean, the one that evolves its business to inhabit the unpopulated or under-populated niches.

I market to a tightly specified audience and I deliver great value for money! In fact this year, without really trying very hard I almost cornered the market for fresh Japanese maple seed because supplies were so tight.

Next week (1/25/02) as we start our 2002 shipments of Japanese maple seedlings (red and green leaf) I doubt if you'll find a better value proposition than we offer for these wonderful trees!

So eveolve your business to an under-populated niche, go forth, market to your niche and multiply!
